My name is Calvin Lozada. I am currently working at a hotel in Mandaue City, Cebu. I finished a short course in Cookery at TESDA. I know I still have a lot to learn about cooking and every day I search online, try cooking new things, and explore more the Culinary Arts. My goal in creating this blog is to share with you my experience and also the knowledge I acquired from cooking.
In this blog, we will try to understand the Culinary Arts with the use of online information, recipe books, or from the people we know. We will try to understand the ingredients that we use, their purpose, and their flavor. We will do what is needed to become a great chef!
Aside from my deep interest in cooking, I was motivated to create this blog because I noticed that everyone wants to learn how to cook and create their own recipe. I want everyone to become their own kind of chef. This blog aims to introduce to everyone the kind of food experience they never had before.
